WARRANTIES & RETURNS
Please read all warranty, return, and refund policies prior to ordering. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and policies.

ROOFTOP TENTS/SUSPENSION
Inspired Overland, LLC offers a limited one-year warranty exclusively to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for products manufactured by Inspired Overland, LLC, and we will, at our discretion, replace any defective parts at no cost to the customer.

This warranty is valid only for customers who bought their product directly from Inspired Overland or through an authorized dealer. It does not extend to second-hand purchases. If your purchase was made through an authorized dealer, please include proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim.

Our warranty does not cover the following issues:

• Improper installation or installation not by a qualified, licensed auto mechanic
• Subject to an accident or collision
• Improper service, maintenance, use, or modification
• Installation on vehicles used for rallying or racing
• Installation upon vehicles to which the product is not intended for

Any costs of removal or replacement of defective parts are not covered under this warranty and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR REPLACEMENTS
For valid warranty claims, we will replace the defective product at no additional cost for the product itself. However, due to the size and logistics involved, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement. We will offer the most competitive shipping rates available to help reduce this expense and ensure a smooth process.

Inspired Overland, LLC reserves the right to final warranty decisions on all products.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

• Inspired Overland, LLC accepts returns on suspension products within 90 days and rooftop tents within 15 days from the original purchase date.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• All Rooftop Tent orders will be charged a $250 cancellation fee and a 15% restocking fee after 1 hour of purchase.
• If we’ve already shipped your rooftop tent, we can only refund the tent’s price—not the shipping costs. Shipping fees cover the freight carrier’s service, which can’t be refunded once the tent has left our facility.
