Limited One-Year Warranty
Warranty
Inspired Overland, LLC offers the original purchaser a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship on products we manufacture.
What’s covered:
Defects in materials or workmanship
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Damage from accidents or collisions
- Unauthorized service, maintenance, use, or modifications
- Environmental damage or acts of God
- Use in rallying, racing, or other competitive events
- Installation on vehicles for which the product was not designed
My warranty has ended — what should I do?
If your warranty period has expired, we still encourage you to reach out to us. Send us photos and details of the issue so our team can assess the damage.
In some cases, we may be able to offer support even outside of the warranty window. This is handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation. While we can’t guarantee coverage, we always do our best to find a fair solution.
Additional details:
Removal and reinstallation costs are not covered and are the purchaser’s responsibility.
If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll replace the defective product free of charge. You’re responsible for shipping the replacement; we’ll work to secure competitive rates.

Returns and Refunds
- Inspired Overland, LLC accepts returns on suspension products within 90 days and rooftop tents within 15 days from the original purchase date.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Orders canceled more than 1 hour after purchase will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.
- If your order has already shipped, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
