Inspired Overland Local Pickup Policy

This page outlines how local pickup works, including scheduling, pickup locations, and what to expect upon arrival. Please review this policy before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How does local pickup work?

Local pickup is by appointment only.

After placing your order online, you will receive an email containing a booking link where you can schedule a pickup date and time that works best for you.

48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup, our team will send you a confirmation email containing your Outbound (Pickup) Number. This number is different from your order number and is required for the warehouse to release your order.

When you arrive, please inform the warehouse staff that you are picking up an order from Inspired Overland and provide your Outbound Number.

Important: Orders cannot be released without an outbound number.

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday:
10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Closed on weekends

Please ensure you arrive before 4:30 PM, as the warehouse closes promptly at that time.


Where do I go when I arrive?

Our warehouse partners are 3rd-party logistics facilities, and their front offices are typically closed to the public.

When you arrive, please proceed to the rear of the building where the loading docks are located, as this is where customer pickups are handled.

Look for signage that reads PANEX INTERNATIONAL WD.

Once at the dock area, inform the warehouse staff that you are picking up an order for Inspired Overland and provide your Outbound Number.


Can I pick up my order immediately?

No. All local pickup orders require a minimum 48-hour preparation period. This allows our warehouse team sufficient time to locate, stage, and prepare your order for release. You must schedule your pickup through the provided calendar link before arriving.


Will someone help load the tent onto my vehicle?

Yes. Our warehouse partners can assist with lifting the tent onto your roof rack or crossbars. However, installation of the tent (mounting hardware, tools, tightening bolts, etc.) is the customer's responsibility. Our third-party warehouse staff do not perform installations.


Can I install the tent at the pickup location?

Yes, you may install the tent in the parking lot area after it has been loaded onto your vehicle.

• Warehouse staff do not assist with installation

Cleaning Policy

If you choose to install your tent on-site, you must clean up after yourself. All packaging materials must be properly disposed of.

Requirements:

• All boxes must be broken down
• Boxes and packaging must be placed inside the dumpster
• Leaving trash or packaging next to the dumpster is not acceptable

If the dumpster is full, you are required to pack your trash out with you. No exceptions. Security cameras are on-site. Any trash left behind will be documented and will result in an automatic $25 cleaning fee.


Can I inspect the tent before loading?

No. Because we operate through 3rd-party logistics warehouses, inspection at the warehouse is not permitted.

If you notice any issues after opening your tent, please email support@inspiredoverland.com with your order number and photos so our team can assist you.

What if I miss my pickup appointment time?

No problem. Your order will be staged and available for pickup for the entire day, even if you miss your scheduled appointment time.

Please just ensure you arrive before 4:30 PM, when the warehouse closes.


How long will you hold my order?

Orders are typically held for up to 30 days once they are ready for pickup.

If the order is not picked up within this timeframe and we have not heard from you, the order may be canceled and returned to inventory. Any applicable cancellation or restocking fees may apply.
